3/8" Socket Holder

This experimental holder is designed to store up to four 3/8" drive sockets directly on the BATTEX system. The design accommodates a wide range of socket lengths, though extremely short or long sockets may not fit optimally.

Optional spring ball plungers can be installed in the provided holes to allow sockets to snap securely into place for retention while still being easy to remove. The top slot also stores a 1/4" hex shank to 3/8" drive adapter, making it easy to switch between bits and sockets while using the BATTEX system.

Recommended Hardware

For socket retention, this design uses 5 × 6 mm spring ball plungers (30N). These plungers create a light detent that allows the sockets to snap into place while remaining easy to remove.
